Alltech Medical Systems (“ AMS”) is an international medical imaging-tech and product supplier which is engaged in the R&D, manufacture, sale and relevant after-sale service of high-end medical imaging diagnostic equipment such as superconducting magnetic resonance imaging system with two major operation centers, one locates at Cleveland, America and the other is in Chengdu, China.
AMS mainly provides self-innovation, absolutely functional and unified MRI scan system, for example Centauri 1.5T and Centauri 3.0T. This is the first superconducting magnetic resonance medical imaging system with absolutely independent intellectual property rights in China.

Surgical Theater is a renowned 3D neurosurgery navigation system producer in Cleveland, Ohio. The company integrates cutting-edge fighter jet flight simulation engineering to redefine medical imaging and visualization capabilities that empower both patients & physicians throughout the treatment continuum. Surgical Theater’s innovative imaging platform combines & enhances multiple imaging modalities to create a comprehensive, virtual reconstruction for various levels of interaction & immersion, facilitating a virtual tour inside the patients' own anatomy.
In April 2015, SCI invested $2.7 million into Surgical Theater. On July 11th of 2015, SCI assisted Surgical Theater to conduct its first product demo in Asia in Huashan Hospital, Shanghai, one of the top 3 hospitals in China. The demo was done by one of the founders of ST (a former Israeli Air Force R&D Officer) and 3 famous American neurosurgery doctors. The demo was a big success. About 140 Chinese doctors from Huashan Hospital participated in this demo and the chairman of neuroscience department that would later on support and welcome further cooperation opportunities for ST in China.
